Request deletion of your Astro Week account and associated server data. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app.

What happens next

We save your request and give you a reference. Before deleting account data, support must verify that it belongs to you. A contact email or an account identifier alone does not prove ownership. Never send a password or session token.

Verified deletion removes the server identity, sessions, profile, journal and any associated forecasts or insights. It does not remotely erase files on your phone: clear the app’s storage to remove local data. Routine backups expire within 30 days under the deployment retention policy. A minimal completion record is kept for up to 30 days to prevent deleted data being restored.
